Info and recipes for peppers
Storage: A plastic bag in the fridge should do fine for a week or so.
To put by: Peppers freeze exceptionally well. Just core and slice them into long strips 1/2-1″ wide. Pack them into freezer bags and freeze. Enjoy them all winter in chili, on pizza, in soups or sauted.
We make this slaw every time we make fish tacos, but it would be perfect for any type of taco or other Latin American styled meal. This slaw not only looks bright and colorful, but – because it doesn’t use mayo – it tastes bright and fresh, too. Continue reading »
