Asian Sesame Salad Dressing

While this is delicious on salad, this super easy dressing is also great on chopped, raw pac choi or napa cabbage, too.  Adapted from a recipe on Iowa Girl Eats.

½ cup rice vinegar
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp olive oil
1½ tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tsp tamari or soy sauce or ½ tsp salt
1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted

1. Warm a small skillet over low heat.  Add the sesame seeds and toast for several minutes, tossing or stirring frequently, until lightly browned and fragrant.
2. Combine all ingredients (including toasted sesame seeds) in a container with a tight fitting lid (such as a pint Mason jar), seal tightly and shake well.
