Info and recipes for peppers
Storage: A plastic bag in the fridge should do fine for a week or so.
To put by: Peppers freeze exceptionally well. Just core and slice them into long strips 1/2-1″ wide. Pack them into freezer bags and freeze. Enjoy them all winter in chili, on pizza, in soups or sauted.
