Storage: Keep for 1-2 weeks in a plastic bag in the fridge.
To put by: Remove stems from leaves. Blanch stems in boiling water for 15 seconds, add leaves and continue blanching for 30 more seconds. Remove from boiling water and rinse under cold water. Squeeze to remove excess water and pack into freezer bags.
